With a PhD in Lean Management and 14 years of international corporate experience, Irina’s journey began in the world of strategy, structure and achievement.

Having lived and worked across six countries and explored multiple career paths, she was also on a deeper personal search — for fulfilment, purpose and a life that felt truly aligned.

Over time, she realised that lasting satisfaction does not come only from changing careers, countries or circumstances. It begins within: by understanding our patterns, shifting our inner state and reconnecting with our power to create.

This insight led Irina into coaching, emotional mastery, mindset work and energy awareness. Today, she brings together her lived experience and professional background to help others create more conscious, empowered and fulfilling lives.

Beyond her work, Irina is a mother of two boys, a lover of music, movement, beauty and meaningful conversations.

Originally from Georgia and having lived across six countries, she carries a deep appreciation for different cultures, human connection and the richness of life’s experiences.

Gratitude is at the centre of her life and something she practises every day. She believes that what we give to others returns to us — and that every act of kindness, generosity and love enriches not only the person receiving it, but also the person giving it.
